Reference Check Form for SaaS
Choosing the right technology vendor is essential for successful digital transformation. When companies lack the necessary skills and staff, they turn to vendors for assistance. However, ensuring that a vendor delivers as promised requires careful selection.
A thorough and systematic approach, including scorecards, online reviews, and personal intuition, is crucial.
References play a key role in this process, offering valuable insights beyond sales pitches. Asking the right questions can reveal both successes and challenges, aiding in better vendor selection and contract negotiations.
Remember that a reference check is not just about the tech; it is also an opportunity to validate the quality of the team and the people you will have supporting you from implementation to open enrollment.
Here is a list of vendor reference check questions that covers critical aspects of vendor evaluation.
