Every reference provider (customer) can track who the references are shared with via their user interface. Further, users can add any rules of engagement/permissions as part of the customer profile, so both internal and external users can control the process and understand what is allowed for a given customer.

How do I collect my first reference?

Once you have created a reference template, you can share it with your customers for completion via email address, where the referee will create their profile and complete the reference template. You will be notified as soon as the process is completed.
